Taking a few days off doing some R &R in NYC , then again can I really call waking up early on black Friday to shop R & R? Well it’s all relative, for some shopping is R &R, for others well let’s just say it’s a nightmare. But I digress, after I get back from my shopping trip, I will sit down to watch a few classic holiday favorites. TCM is getting us in the Christmas spirit this weekend starting on Saturday the 25th with Michael Curtiz’, “White Christmas” (1954) and “The Bishop’s Wife” (1947) on Sunday the 26th. If you’re not in the Christmas spirit, these are surely guaranteed to have you singing Christmas tunes in no time. If you feel like a good laugh watch “The Cocoanuts” (1929) also on the 25th.
