LY Steel signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement with Beijing University of Science and Technology
On January 24, Cao Huiquan, deputy party secretary of Valin Group, general manager of Valin Steel and general manager of LY Steel, together with Beijing University of Science and Technology President Xu Jinwu, signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement, marking LY Steel formally established the strategic partnership with this renowned university.
Cao Huiquan warmly welcomed the arrival of Xu Jinwu, and briefly introduced the production and development of LY Steel. He expressed that based on the actual needs of the enterprise; we hope to cooperate with such a prestigious university full of technology and talent advantages in order to insist on quality strategy, fast forward the developing projects and train out more qualified technicians. Thus will truly create a few varieties with high value added and enhance the competitiveness of enterprise.
Xu Jinwu said Beijing University of Science and Technology has laid solid foundation on basic technology in the metallurgical industry. Over years, it has been committed to working closely with enterprises to develop new technologies, train innovative and practical talents. He hoped that through the strategic cooperation with LY Steel, both sides can establish positive co-operation platform, prompt the scientific research and train out high-level qualified talents.
Both sides also discussed about establishing and developing strategic cooperation, and strengthening the technical exchanges.
