ERP systematic improvement done in LY Steel
Recently, LY Steel held special conference and conducted in-depth exchange and discussion on ERP systematic improvement, so as to establish and strengthen the ERP system oriented by client, quality and needs as soon as possible.
Mr. Cao Huiquan, the General Manager of LY Steel pointed out, it is the general trend for deeply application of informatization in iron and steel enterprise. To carry out ERP systematic improvement is through hackling process, to make production procedures more accurate and clear, responsibilities and power division more explicit, to find out management issues in time and exactly, hence truly playing the role of ERP system in affirming and fixing problems. He also stressed, the key is not to upgrade software but implement and fulfil the system, so as to improve the control and precision of the whole process, ensuring data accuracy. Besides, ERP systematic improvement should uphold the responsibility of first commander, based on the customer-driven demands, starting with solving enterprise requirements and improving product quality, realize the standardization, systematic and transparent of ERP system.
The participants have offered opinions and suggestions on ERP duties modification, strengthening internal risk control, enhancing information security, combining ERP with corporate culture, and creating the good image of corporate quality management etc.
